Welcome to the website of Click and Confetti, LLC. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking or submitting any information.

 

1. General Information
Click and Confetti, LLC provides photo booth rentals, event décor, and other party-related services. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

 

2. Booking & Payment
A deposit may be required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is typically due prior to or on the day of the event.

Payment instructions will be provided at the time of booking.

Cancellations made less than [14] days prior to the event may result in a forfeiture of your deposit.

 

3. Changes & Cancellations
We will do our best to accommodate changes in date, location, or package options, but changes are subject to availability.

If we are unable to fulfill your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, illness, or equipment failure), we will offer a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

 

4. Event Requirements
Clients are responsible for providing:

Adequate space for setup

Access to electricity (standard outlet)

Shelter or tent for outdoor events

Level ground for safe equipment placement

If balloon arches or décor are part of your rental, the venue must approve their placement.

 

5. Equipment Use & Conduct
Guests are expected to treat all equipment with care.

We reserve the right to shut down equipment if guests behave in a way that is unsafe or could cause damage.

Children must be supervised when using the photo booth or interacting with rented décor.

 

6. Photos & Content
By using our photo booth, you grant Click and Confetti, LLC permission to use images from your event for promotional purposes (website, social media, etc.) unless you request otherwise in writing.

 

7. Liability
Click and Confetti, LLC is not liable for injuries or property damage caused by misuse of equipment or actions of event guests. Clients assume responsibility for the behavior of their guests during the event.

 

8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
